Pengaruh Customer Experience Dan Cash Back Terhadap Keputusan Konsumen Bertransaksi Melalui E’commerce Tokopedia Pada Masa Lockdown Pandemi Covids 19 Di Kota Banjarmasin

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa apakah Customer Expereience dan Cash Back berpengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap keputusan konsumen bertransaksi melalui E’Commerce Tokopedia pada masa Lockdown Pandemi Covids 19 di Kota Banjarmasin
Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisa regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan softwere SPSS yang menganalisa dari data primer berjumlah 100 responden yang diambil menggunakan metode stratified judgment sampling kepada masyarakat kota Banjarmasin yang aktif bertransaksi melalui marketplace. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pegaruh yang signifikan secara simultan dari Customer Experience dan Cash Back terhadap Keputusan konsumen bertransaksi melalui E’Commerce Tokopedia pada Masa Lockdown Pandemi Covids 19 di Kota Banjarmasin. Sedangkan secara parsial hanya variabel Customer Experience yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan konsumen bertransaksi melalui E’Commerce Tokopedia pada Masa Lockdown Pandemi Covids 19 di Kota Banjarmasin .
