ANALISIS MANFAAT SISTEM INFROMASI MANAJEMEN KINERJA PEGAWAI STUDI KASUS: APLIKASI KIPAPP BADAN PUSAT STATISTIK (BPS)

Abstract
Kondisi ini menimbulkan pertanyaan apakah KiPApp benar-benar mampu mendukung peningkatan kualitas kinerja organisasi sekaligus efisiensi sumber daya. Penelitian ini menawarkan solusi dengan melakukan analisis manfaat KiPApp menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, kemudian diolah menggunakan Tabel Generik SI/TI untuk mengidentifikasi manfaat, dikodifikasi, serta dianalisis keterkaitan sebab-akibatnya hingga diperoleh evaluasi manfaat akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan enam manfaat utama implementasi KiPApp, yaitu: meningkatkan kualitas hasil kerja (IQU-01), meningkatkan akurasi perencanaan (IAC-04), meningkatkan akurasi keputusan (IAC-05), meningkatkan citra organisasi karena kepatuhan terhadap aturan (IIM-03), mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan (APR-08), dan mengurangi biaya cetak dokumen dan ATK (RCO-10). Secara kuantitatif, KiPApp memberikan potensi penghematan biaya cetak/ATK sebesar ±Rp244 juta per tahun.
