PERBANDINGAN RAB DINDING KONVENSIONAL DENGAN SANDWICH PANEL EPS PADA RUMAH TIPE 45

Mengingat di Banjarmasin kondisi tanahnya berupa tanah rawa/lunak sering terjadi rumah roboh atau miring sebagai akibat kurang kuatnya pondasi menahan beban bangunan. Maka untuk menopang beban struktur bangunan diperlukan material yang berbahan ringan, kuat, murah dan mudah pemasangannya. Struktur dinding merupakan salah satu yang dominan pada beban bangunan rumah. Tujuan penelitian adalah membandingkan Rencana Anggaran Biaya pada pembangunan rumah tipe 45 menggunakan dinding konvensional bata ringan dengan dinding precast sandwich panel EPS (Expanded Polystyrene System). Rencana Anggaran Biaya pada masing – masing pekerjaan dinding dihitung berdasarkan data denah rumah tipe 45, rancangan dindingnya, analisa harga satuan pekerjaan tahun 2022, harga satuan bahan dan upah kota Banjarmasin tahun 2022, untuk mengetahui perbandingan biaya mana yang lebih efisien. Berdasarkan perhitungan Rencana Anggran Biaya pada pekerjaan dinding konvensional rumah tipe 45 diperoleh sebesar Rp 97.835.785, sedangkan pada pekerjaan dinding precast sebesar Rp 169.871.500 dengan selisih Rp 72.035.715 atau 73,63 % lebih murah pekerjaan dinding konvensional.
