DARI NIAT KE AKSI: KERANGKA TEORITIS PERILAKU SUSTAINOPRENEUR YANG DIMOTORI FAKTOR INTERNAL

Abstrak

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kesenjangan antara niat dan tindakan dalam kewirausahaan berkelanjutan, di mana pelaku usaha sering memiliki komitmen lingkungan dan sosial namun gagal mempertahankannya ketika menghadapi tekanan ekonomi atau persaingan. Untuk menjawab fenomena tersebut, penelitian ini menganalisis faktor internal yang memengaruhi Sustainable Entrepreneurial Behavior dengan menekankan peran Sustainable Motivation Factors, Moral Disengagement, serta Sustainable Self-Identity. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan (SEM-PLS) melalui survei terhadap pelaku sustainopreneurship di Kalimantan Selatan.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sustainable Motivation Factors berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Sustainable Entrepreneurial Intention, Antecedents of Moral Disengagement, dan Sustainable Self-Identity. Selanjutnya, Sustainable Entrepreneurial Intention terbukti mendorong Sustainable Entrepreneurial Behavior, sedangkan Moral Disengagement berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap perilaku tersebut. Namun, pengaruh negatif ini dapat dilemahkan melalui Sustainable Self-Identity yang kuat. Model penelitian terbukti kuat, dengan hasil predictive relevance tinggi (Q² = 0,922) dan nilai R-square untuk Sustainable Entrepreneurial Behavior sebesar 0,523, menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari setengah variasi perilaku kewirausahaan berkelanjutan (sustainopreneurship) dipengaruhi oleh niat intrinsik dan moral disengagement.

Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperluas pemahaman intention–behavior gap, sementara secara praktis memberi rekomendasi bagi UMKM, pendidikan, dan kebijakan dalam mendukung kewirausahaan berkelanjutan.
