ANALISIS PENERAPAN KENDALA DAN SOLUSI SISTEM MANAJEMEN MUTU ISO 9001:2015 PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pandangan Stakeholder terkait tingkat penerapan, kendala, dan solusi dalam implementasi sistem manajemen mutu berdasarkan ISO 9001:2015 di proyek pembangunan gedung Twin Tower UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pendekatan deskriptif menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara melalui kuesioner terhadap 10 responden perwakilan tiap Stakeholder. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat penerapan SMM ISO 9001:2015 pada proyek tersebut yang sangat baik dengan nilai persentase rata-rata 86,07%, Pengaruh kendala dalam tingkat penerapan dapat dikategorikan berpengaruh, dengan persentase rata-rata 65,62%, Faktor kendala paling besar adalah kualitas tenaga kerja rendah dengan nilai rata-rata 73,93%, dan faktor kendala paling kecil adalah ketidaklayakan alat dengan nilai rata-rata 58,69%. Faktor kendala dapat menjelaskan pengaruhnya terhadap tingkat penerapan sistem manajemen mutu, dimana korelasi pengaruh faktor kendala sebesar 92,65%, dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hubungan antara tingkat penerapan dan pengaruh kendala yaitu berbanding terbalik. Semakin tinggi tingkat penerapan, maka semakin rendah pengaruh kendala. Faktor kendala dominan yang memengaruhi penerapan prinsip sistem manajemen mutu adalah faktor kendala kualitas tenaga kerja rendah, ketidaksesuaian metode, serta komunikasi dan koordinasi belum optimal. Sehingga, solusi yang diusulkan meliputi peningkatan kualitas tenaga kerja / sumber daya manusia, perbaikan hasil dan metode yang tidak sesuai, intensitas pengawasan, komunikasi, dan koordinasi.
