ANALISIS KAPASITAS DRAINASE TERHADAP GENANGAN AIR PADA JALAN TRIP YUNUS KOTA PAGAR ALAM

Kota Pagar Alam terus mengalami perkembangan yang lebih maju, terutama dibidang infrastruktur. Hal ini dipengaruhi adanya laju pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk yang meningkat. Pertumbuhan penduduk mengakibatkan adanya peralihan fungsi lahan, lahan yang sebelumnya merupakan daerah resapan air beralih menjadi daerah perumahan ramai penduduk. Pada Jalan Trip Yunus Kota Pagar Alam merupakan salah satu daerah lokasi padat penduduk. Kondisi Perumahan yang padat penduduk tersebut saat terjadi hujan, maka saluran drainase tidak berfungsi secara optimal. Keadaan drainase ini dikarenakan adanya sedimentasi dan penumpukan sampah warga. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis besarnya debit limpasan yang terjadi di daerah Jalan Trip Yunus Kota Pagar Alam. Metode yang digunakan metode rasional dalam menghitung aliran limpasan, perhitungan curah hujan menggunakan analisis frekuensi, perhitungan kapasitas saluran dengan rumus manning. Dari hasil analisis didapat bahwa luas DAS adalah 14,1068 ha. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, debit limpasan periode ulang 10 tahun adalah 13,05 m3/det dan kapasitas saluran drainase yang ada sebesar 13,91 m3/det. Disimpulkan bahwa saluran drainase yang ada dapat menampung debit rencana, sehingga penyebab terjadinya banjir adalah sampah yang menumpuk di saluran drainase karena sebagian kawasan merupakan kawasan pasar tradisional
