PERBANDINGAN ANGGARAN BIAYA ANTARA RUMAH KONVENSIONAL DENGAN RUMAH TEKNOLOGI RUSPIN

Rumah Unggul Sistem Panel Instan (RUSPIN) merupakan rumah knock down dengan sistem modular berbahan panel beton yang praktis dan pengerjaannya memerlukan waktu lebih singkat dibanding rumah konvensional. Rumah RUSPIN dapat digunakan sebagai hunian kedaruratan bencana dan untuk memenuhi tingginya kebutuhan rumah layak huni. Berdasarkan data gambar kerja, data lapangan, SNI, dan harga satuan barang dan upah, kemudian dihitung dan dibandingkan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) pembangunan rumah tipe 36 menggunakan metode konvensional dan metode teknologi RUSPIN untuk diketahui mana yang lebih efisien dari segi biayanya. Rencana anggaran biaya untuk pembangunan rumah tipe 36 metode konvensional sebesar Rp.131.620.366 sedangkan menggunakan teknologi RUSPIN sebesar Rp.140.230.969. Selisih anggaran biaya sebesar Rp.8.610.604 atau 6,54% lebih murah menggunakan metode konvensional.
