Abstrak

Digitalisasi telah mengubah cara kita bekerja, berkomunikasi, dan mengakses informasi dengan membawa kemajuan dalam teknologi komunikasi, penyimpanan data, dan proses otomatisasi. Pengaruh digitalisasi berdampak pada usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan paradigma bisnis dalam menghadapi era digital, sustainability strategy dan dampak krisis ekonomi akibat pandemi Covid-19 pada UMKM di Batam. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi kasus pada UMKM di Batam. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa (1) kemampuan manajerial memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan; (2) sustainability strategy memiliki peran penting terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan (3) dampak krisis ekonomi akibat pandemi Covid-19 berpengaruh terhadap digitalisasi produk-produk UMKM.
